La Bella Spa— Guest Experience Guidelines

At La Bella Spa, every detail is intentionally curated to offer you a serene, indulgent, and deeply restorative experience. The following guidelines allow us to maintain the highest standard of care for every guest. 

1. Appointments & Reservations 

All treatments are offered by prior appointment to ensure privacy and personalized care. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. 

2. Arrival & Spa Etiquette

 We invite you to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to settle into the space and begin your experience unhurried. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to preserve the flow of the day for all guests. Full treatment value will still apply. 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 

We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. • Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit • Missed appointments are charged in full This allows us to honor the time and preparation dedicated to each guest. 

4. Investment & Payments 

Our pricing reflects the quality, care, and intention behind each offering and is subject to change. Payment is due in full at the conclusion of your treatment.  

5. Wellness & Health Considerations 

Your wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. Please inform us of any: • Medical conditions • Allergies • Injuries • Pregnancy We reserve the right to accept or decline treatments where necessary to ensure your safety. 

6. Sacred Space & Conduct

 La Bella Spa is a sanctuary of calm and respect. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. Any such conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future service. 

7. Personal Belongings 

We encourage you to bring only essentials. While every care is taken, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or unattended items. 

8. Packages & Gift Offerings 

All packages and gift vouchers are: • Non-refundable • To be redeemed within their validity period Extensions may be considered at management discretion. 

9. Results & Expectations 

Each body is beautifully unique. While our treatments are designed to support your wellness journey, results may vary from person to person. 

10. Hygiene & Care Standards 

We maintain exceptional hygiene protocols, ensuring all tools, linens, and spaces are meticulously cleansed and prepared for each guest.

We may refine our services, pricing, and policies from time to time to enhance your experience. Continued engagement with our spa reflects acceptance of these updates.
